Alcan Flanged Scaffolding Systems are engineering-based modular scaffolding solutions designed for demanding applications such as industrial facilities, power plants, petrochemical complexes, offshore structures, shipbuilding, and aircraft manufacturing, as well as high-rise and complex geometrical projects. The system offers extensive flexibility for indoor and outdoor applications, including supported, suspended, and mobile scaffolding solutions.

Thanks to its flange connection design, the system allows secure and robust assembly not only at fixed 90° angles but also at various angles. This multidirectional connection capability ensures high adaptability in circular tanks, bridges, historical structures, and confined working areas. The modular configuration enables project-specific adjustment of platform width, scaffold length, and bay heights.

Technical Specifications

  • Load-bearing Elements: All vertical and horizontal elements are manufactured from steel tubes with a wall thickness of 48x3 mm.
  • Connection Components: Horizontal members are equipped with 4 mm thick cast blade connectors, while 8 mm thick high-strength steel wedges are used at the connection points.
  • Flange Design: System flanges are 10 mm thick, ensuring secure and robust connections.
  • Corrosion Protection: All system components are produced with hot-dip galvanization, providing long service life and high corrosion resistance.
  • Standards: The entire production process is carried out in compliance with TS EN 12811 standards.
